By completing this audition form, you are submitting yourself for consideration for selection to the 2023 Junior All-State Orchestra. After the completion of the information below, you will then be asked to upload your audition files. Please have your files ready to upload before starting the form below. These files must be saved in either MP3 or M4A formats to be accepted. Each page of the form must be filled out within 15 minutes, or for security purposes you will have to restart your form.
